Duties and Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for project investment analysis and routine cost estimate and providing cost suggestions for design changes;
2. Responsible for reviewing design estimate, construction drawings budgeting, bid/bidding documents and calculation of bill of quantities;
3. Responsible for drafting and management of contract document, following up and analyzing contract performance and reviewing related provisions;
4. Responsible for check of payment of construction cost and final account management and providing estimate and budget report and final account report.

Requirements：

1. With junior college degree or above, and over three years of construction site budgeting experience;
2. Holding certificate of construction budgeter, and skilled in use of budget software;
3. Familiar with project negotiation and preparation of estimates and budget and final account;
4. Able to work independently, quick to learn and adaptable to changes.

Duties and Responsibilities：

1. Maintenance and repair of large&intermediate vehicles;
2. Testing, dismounting and repair of auto engine and chassis; having mechanical and electric equipment repair experience;
3. Regular record and filing of automotive maintenance and repair; reporting to the superior in case of abnormalities in a timely manner; taking fire and electric prevention measures to avoid accidents;
4. Drawing up purchasing plan for auto spare parts, tires, engine oil and the like;
5. Familiar with maintenance and repair of various small-sized heavy trucks of Shaanxi Automobile, intermediate trucks of Steyr series and Weichai Power, and  Facit gearbox and Steyr axle.

Requirements：

1. Technical secondary school graduate or above in auto maintenance or the like; having over three years of work experience in large& medium-sized vehicle maintenance or related work;
2. Well knowing construction principles and characteristics of various vehicles and experienced in maintenance and repair of automotive chassis, engine, etc.;
3. Healthy and hard working.

Duties and Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for overall project construction quality and technology management and satisfying the annual plan and task breakdown of the company;
2.  Responsible for constructing or having the workers constructing strictly as per drawings and technical specifications, and carrying out safety production and ensuring project quality;
3. Providing coordination to solve technical problems and responsible for dealing with quality and safety accidents;
4. Responsible for organizing the acceptance inspection of all materials, members and equipment used in various works following strict procedures;
5. Guiding and inspecting daily work of technicians.

Requirements：

1. With junior college degree or above in industrial and civil construction, project management or the like majors;
2. With over 10 years of management experience in construction enterprise, and having served as project technical official or project manager;
3. Holding intermediate technical title, certificate of Grade 2 builder or above; familiar with disposal of construction site technical problems and various engineering technical problem;
4. Skilled in use of graphics software like CAD;
5. Good team leadership ability and coordination ability, good sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure; healthy and hard working.
