Duties and Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for investment and financing planning and implementation for infrastructure construction project and organization and design of sound investment mode and structure and strategy;
2. Responsible for drafting and signing investment and financing documents;
3. Responsible for economic evaluation, risk assessment and feasibility analysis for infrastructure construction project;
4. Project information follow-up and business negotiation.

Requirements：

1. Having over three years of work experience in investment and financing of infrastructure project;
2. Familiar with domestic investment and financing laws and policies;
3. Graduated from investment economics, finance, economics and construction cost and the like majors;
4. Familiar with PPP, BOT and BT business modes;
5. Good business negotiation and communication ability;
6. Frequent travelling needed.

1. Preparing and implementing external development plan as per overall strategy planning and annual operation objectives of the company;
2.  Responsible for soliciting new business and business negotiation;
3. Responsible for organizing and planning market survey and effective dynamic analysis to provide accurate and reliable market information;
4. Having organizational ability for biding.
