– The Group’s First Business Etiquette Training Comes to a Successful Conclusion
On the afternoon of September 2, 2015, the STRE Group’s First Business Etiquette Training was held successfully at the Group’s headquarters. Chairman Secretary Zhao Yue, as the main lecturer, gave a lecture to the Group’s executives, department managers, General Management Department staff, and some drivers.
In the lecture, Zhao gave a detailed, comprehensive introduction to business reception, including its procedures, standards, etiquette, and seating arrangements, which gave the trainees a whole new understanding of business etiquette that might be easily neglected. The training achieved good results as there’d been an active interaction between the lecturer and the trainees about the train’s rich contents.
In his summarizing speech, Mr. Ge Jianjun, the Group’s vice president, spoke highly of the training and pointed out that business etiquette is directly related to enterprise image and interests. He hoped that the trainees would put what they had learned in the training into practice to constantly improve the company’s business etiquette and show case the company’s best side to the outside world.
